Sister Sizes are alternative bras size that will likely fit you in the case that your measured size is not in stock.

There are times when one should consider a Sister Size. Ask your bra fitter about this. Let's say the bra that you are measured for isn't in stock, or the style that you like just doesn't fit right. A sister size is a back size up and a cup down to the one that you were have been fitted for.  Or, it can be a back size down and a cup up. For example if you were fitted for a 38 HH, a 40H can fit just as well and may even fit better.  Having knowledge like this is why having your bras custom fit is always the right thing to do.
